My stay at this hotel was fantastic. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable with all necessary conveniences like a coffee maker, TV, refrigerator, and microwave. The bathroom area was also very well maintained. The service was nice and friendly, but there was an incident where they unfairly affiliated me with an unruly guest and refused to listen when I tried to explain. The location was convenient, right off the freeway, close to the Madonna Inn and Downtown SLO. The dining experience offered basic breakfast options, and the facilities were satisfactory.

My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant. The rooms were so comfy and clean, making this trip extra special. However, some areas looked worn, especially the floors. I had a bit of trouble finding and accessing the TV mounted on the wall at ceiling level, which might be challenging for most people. Additionally, we had to change rooms due to TV reception issues, going through two frustrating iterations.
